Orientation

The property is set within a well-tended 500m2 north-facing garden complete with outdoor seating area and a large brick-built Argentine “parilla” or BBQ.

We are ideally located just beyond Bariloche’s busy urban fringe and half a block from the main Bustillo Avenue that runs along the Nahuel Huapi lake shore towards the Cerro Catedral ski resort and the historic Llao Llao area, with its stunning vistas and scenic winding roads and hiking trails. Within a few hundred metres are a host of lakeside cafes, restaurants and craft shops strung out along Avenue Bustillo. Playa Bonita, arguably Bariloche’s finest beach, and the Cerro Otto cable car and revolving hill-top restaurant are less than 2 kilometres away. The bus stop for services to Cerro Catedral, Llao Llao and down town Bariloche is just 200 metres away.
